Our "new" worship space is wonderful! It's hard to believe how much has been accomplished in just a year. For almost all parishioners, the renovations of the chancel, nave and narthex were accomplished with little fuss or inconvenience. The renovation mess was sealed off. Workmen were charming. And now, every Sunday we walk into a beautiful, warm, welcoming and uplifting space. So here we go again. But this time is going to be a bit different. The rest of the renovations may affect parish activities more significantly. We can be confident that, as in the first stage, the design will be beautiful, budgets will be respected, and the work will be completed well and on time.
