Pastoral Care » Lay Pastoral Visitors

St Clement's has a group of trained visitors who are active members of the church. They're available to provide a continuing or short-term association with members who are experiencing illness, infirmity, bereavement, isolation or any challenging difficulty in their lives.

A Lay Pastoral Visitor's role is different from that of the clergy; they're neither counselors or crisis managers. Instead they offer friendship, encouragement and, when appropriate, spiritual and prayer support. To arrange for a visit, call the church office and the information will be passed on to the group coordinator. You'll be contacted shortly thereafter to arrange for a visit.

All inquires and visits are held in the strictest confidence.
