Baptisms » Beginning our JourneyProbably the most important thing we do at St Clement's is baptize! These are wonderful occasions which the whole congregation celebrates on the great baptismal feasts (at either 9 or 11 am): Easter (the Easter Vigil on the Saturday night before Easter, or the Sunday after Easter) To help you prepare yourself spiritually, we gather together over a couple of dinners. Our first get-together is a Wine and Cheese party (click here for the upcoming dates). If you're an adult interested in being baptized yourself, we'd be delighted to listen! Just contact David Montgomery If you're a parent of a baby or a young child, you'll be making the baptismal vows on your child's behalf. We know you wouldn't think of making promises for your child that you wouldn't be able to keep yourself, so we'll help you know what you're getting yourself into. Children who are old enough to answer for themselves, and teenagers, are more than welcome to be baptized. We'll arrange special preparation just for them.
